About
us
We
are an icelandic german family and are running a farm in the south
of Iceland. During the summer month we open our house for guests.
Arnar was born on the farm Herriðarholl and grew up with farming
and horse breeding. Renate is from Bremen in Germany and started
riding icelandic horses at the age of 7. During her student years
she also took the exam for trainer C for icelandic horses. She
worked as a riding instructor and horse trainer. During her summer
break she worked at the stable Islandhof Spiekeroog. Since 1996
she lives in Herriðarholl.

Annika
Rut was born in 1999 and Sigurlin Franziska in 2001. Both girls
have icelandic and german citizenship and speak both languages.
They love animals and riding of course!
